Samadhi is a state of deep meditation and total absorption into the present moment. It is an opportunity to break free from the constant cycle of life—a cycle that can be filled with suffering, stress, and fear. Samadhi allows us to be liberated from this cycle and gain access to a higher level of consciousness—one that brings peace, joy, and clarity.
The journey towards samadhi begins within ourselves when we commit to our spiritual practice. We must learn how to become aware of our thoughts, emotions, and actions in order to find liberation from the cycle of life. Through daily meditation practices such as mindfulness or yoga nidra, we can train our minds and bodies for samadhi.
